Packages are good for one person only. All packages expire 1 year after purchase date. All packages must be paid in full. No refunds can be given, only credit towards other services. Please note, if you decide you do not want to continue your package for any reason, the full price of the service you already did will be applied and the remainder can be used towards other services.
Cleansing Concepts maintains a firm 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. We will ask for a $25.00 deposit over the phone to secure you booking. Individuals who miss their appointments, or appointments cancelled without at least 24 hours notice will lose their deposit. Please keep in mind that when you book an appointment, that is YOUR time. We honor the decision you’ve made towards increasing your health and support you in your journey. We are here for you, and do not double book appointments. With a limited amount of time slots for appointments in any given workday, every appointment is extremely valuable. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated!
