OUR RETURN POLICY
At Cleansing Concepts, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services and products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to assist.
Services:
- Clients have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund for any service.
Products:
- Clients have 30 days from the date of purchase to return unopened and unused products for a refund.
- After 14 days, returns will be eligible for store credit only

**Package Policies:**
– Packages are valid for one individual only and expire one year after the purchase date.
– All packages must be fully paid at the time of purchase.
– Refunds are not available; however, credit can be applied toward other services.
– If you choose to discontinue your package for any reason, the full price of the services already rendered will be deducted, and the remaining balance can be used for other services.
**Cancellation Policy:**
– Cleansing Concepts enforces a strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.
– A $25 deposit will be required over the phone to secure your booking.
– Missing an appointment or canceling without at least 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
– Your appointment time is dedicated solely to you; we do not double-book.
– Each appointment slot is valuable, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated
Please note If you are using a voucher purchased outside of Cleansing Concepts and cancel your appointment outside the 24-hour window or fail to show up, we reserve the right to redeem the voucher. Additionally, a $25 rebooking fee will be required if you wish to use the credit from the voucher for a future appointment.
