PREPARING FOR DETOX

COLON CLEANSING

To get the most out of your Colon Cleansing session, proper preparation is key. We recommend preparing your body 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. Begin transitioning to softer, lighter foods 1–2 days before your session.

For best results, stick to a juice or smoothie cleanse 24 hours before your appointment —the less solid food, the better. If fasting isn’t an option, opt for a light diet of fruits, vegetables, soups, and smoothies.

To enhance your results, we suggest adding our Cleansing Concepts Pre Cleanse Prep to your routine:

• Take 2 oz of Detox Clay (Cleansing Concepts Detox Clay )
• Follow with 2 tablespoons of Essential Psyllium Husk Fiber ( Essential Psyllium Husk Fiber)
• Use the night before your cleanse
• Repeat again 2 hours before your appointment

COCOON

We want to ensure that you are well-prepared for your upcoming Cocoon session. Here are some guidelines to follow:

  1. Refrain from wearing makeup or deodorant before the session
  2. Drink plenty of water beforehand to stay hydrated
  3. Avoid using infrared heat during menstruation
  4. Wear a bathing suit or gym clothes for the session
  5. It’s recommended to bring an extra set of dry clothes to change back into
  6. Bring headphones to enhance your experience
  7. By following these guidelines, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the benefits of your Cocoon session.

INFRARED SAUNA

Please drink plenty of water prior to your session. You will want to come showered with no lotion, makeup or deodorant. You want your skin to be able to breathe. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Some clients prefer to wear a bathing suit while others prefer to wear their birthday suit either way we will provide you with towels, but you are welcome to bring your own. After your session it is not recommended to shower for your body will continue to detox up to 2 hours after your session, however if you want to we do have showers available. If you are feeling faint please ask for electrolytes to replenish your body. If you are going to bring water please bring it in a BPA free plastic bottle or even better a glass bottle. Women who are menstruating, pregnant or breastfeeding should not be using the sauna.

LIPO LIGHT

If you’re looking to maximize your results with red light treatment, here are some recommendations to follow:

  1. Keep your appointments and make up any that you miss. Red light is cumulative and consistency is important.
  2. Drink water before and after your treatments. Drink 8 glasses of water per day to help flush the fat from your system.
  3. Avoid eating 1-2 hours before or after your appointments.
  4. Limit alcohol. Alcohol turns into fat and will work against this treatment, lessening your results.
  5. Gym attire is recommended
  6. Do not have any lotion on your skin

By following these tips, you will be able to achieve the best possible results from your lipo light treatment. Remember that consistency and discipline are key to achieving your desired outcome.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Please come showered no make up, lotion or deodorant. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Drink a moderate amount of water before coming. If possible dry brush prior to your session. It is highly recommended to follow each lymph session with another detox therapy. If it is not possible drinking plenty of water after your session is suggested to flush out toxins through urination. The treatment will leave you feeling extremely relaxed and calm.

OZONE STEAM SAUNA

If you are planning to undergo an ozone steam sauna session, it is important to prepare your body adequately to ensure optimal results. Here are some guidelines to follow before your session:

  1. Avoid eating a large meal for at least one to two hours before your ozone therapy. However, make sure that you have some food in your stomach to avoid feeling lightheaded during the session.
  2. Refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before your session, as they can interfere with the effectiveness of the therapy.
  3. Ensure that your skin is clean and free from any make-up, lotion, or deodorant. This will ensure that the ozone can penetrate your skin effectively.
  4. Schedule your ozone steam sauna session outside of your menstrual cycle to avoid any discomfort or interference with the therapy.
  5. Avoid wearing any jewelry during your session to prevent any potential reactions with the ozone.
