3-Day Parasite Purge Protocol

Overview:
This protocol is designed to help cleanse the body of parasites over a three-day period. It includes a tincture, detox drink, and a psyllium-charcoal mix, along with dietary guidelines to enhance the cleansing process.

Pre-Cleanse Preparation (1-2 Days Before)

**Foods to Avoid:**
– **Processed foods**: Avoid sugars, artificial sweeteners, and refined carbohydrates.
– **Dairy**: Eliminate milk, cheese, and other dairy products.
– **Gluten**: Avoid wheat and gluten-containing grains.
– **Red meat**: Limit red meat and heavy proteins.
– **Fried and greasy foods**: Steer clear of anything deep-fried or heavily processed.
– **Alcohol and caffeine**: Minimize or eliminate these substances.

**FOR BEST RESULTS  GREEN JUICE & WATER FAST FOR 3 DAYS FOLLOW WITH COLON HYDROTHERAPY EACH DAY**

– **Colon Hydrotherapy**: For best results, schedule 3 sessions on consecutive days. If this isn’t feasible, aim for 1 session at the end of the 3-day cleanse.

**Foods to Include:**
– **Fruits**: Fresh fruits like apples, berries, and citrus.
– **Vegetables**: Leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower), and root veggies.
– **Lean proteins**: Chicken, turkey, fish, and plant-based proteins like beans and lentils.
– **Whole grains**: Quinoa, brown rice, and oats.
– **Hydration**: Drink plenty of water (at least 8-10 glasses a day).

3-Day Protocol

Step 1: Parasite Purge Tincture
– **Ingredients**: Proprietary blend of  Wormwood, Green Black Walnut Hulls, Clove
– **Dosage**: 30 drops in 4 oz of water, drink Am , Midday, PM
– **Instructions**: Take the tincture before meals for maximum absorption.

Step 2: Detox Clay Drink
– **Dosage**:3 times per day ( 2 oz in AM , 1 oz Mid Day, 2 oz Pm )
– **Instructions**: Drink detox drink, consume before or between meals. Medications should be taken 2 hours before of after

Step 3: Psyllium + Charcoal Powder Mix
– **Dosage**: 2 tablespoons in 6 oz of water, 2 times per day. Am & PM
– **Instructions**: Mix well and drink quickly to prevent thickening. Follow with an additional glass of water.
