Pre-Cleanse Kit

Starting 1-2 days before you cleanse we suggest you take 2 tablespoons of our Essential Psyllium Husk Fiber, especially the night before your cleanse, and again 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. To enhance the results of your cleanse, Cleansing Concepts Detox Clay should be consumed in 2 ounce doses along with the fiber; be sure to follow with plenty of water.
