INSTRUCTIONS:
4 ounces of Clay, 4 Charcoal caps, and 2 heaping tablespoons of Psyllium husks followed by 24-32 oz of water. For those severely constipated they can increase the Psyllium to 4 tablespoons but MUST drink another 16oz of water.
